-- SESTRI LEVANTE --

100 years of hospitality

Located on the shores of Baia del Silenzio and Baia delle Favole, the Opera Madonnina del Grappa has been
welcoming people since 1921, when it was founded by Father Mauri in the historic Villa Glauer-D’Amico, in
Sestri Levante. The mild weather throughout the year, warm hospitality, elegant and neat rooms with
private toilets and lift, together with a community-like hosting style and spiritual life make the Villa the
perfect location for meaningful experiences and long stays, also in wintertime.

Along the way from Portofino to Cinque Terre, in the XVIII cent. this noble Villa was the summer residence
of the D’Amico family. Today, it is surrounded by a peaceful park rich in Mediterranean plants and offers 52
rooms, each with its own private toilet, wi-fi connection and lift, private and free parking. The train station
in the nearby allows visitors to visit the main attractions.
This is the ideal place for your holidays, for singles, couples, and big families too.

The stunning beauty of this historic residence offers rich interiors with frescos – such as the wonderful
Aurora Hall. The park and gardens with centuries-old Mediterranean trees, the reservoir and wonderful
spots with romantic seats is the perfect background for your photos. The wide external portico is ideal for
receptions in the open air.

The beautiful, peaceful and silent place hosts the Church of Christ the King and the Marian Sanctuary.
Our hotel offers the possibility of spiritual and sharing meetings, training courses, seminars, and
conferences.

In Sestri Levante

Sestri Levante is a strategic village between the stunning Cinque Terre and the beautiful Portofino. Our sea
is crystal clear, transparent with amazing seabed.
The shores offer both free or equipped sandy and sometimes pebbled beaches.
The Sestri peninsula and its bays inspired the famous writer Hans Christian Andersen.
